STANDARD TRACKED UK DELIVERY:
We use a Royal Mail standard service for all our standard deliveries and your activewear should be with you within 2-5 working days of placing your order, no signature is required.
TRACKED UK 24 HOUR DELIVERY
If you need your items more quickly our 24 hour service uses Royal Mail’s 24 Tracked Service to make sure your new activewear will arrive the following day. Orders do not require a signature on delivery. Next day delivery is only available in the UK and orders must be placed by midday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day – you MAY receive your package on Saturday but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
We understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return or exchange items that are not suitable or don’t fit correctly. We are happy to replace or refund unworn, unwashed items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund or exchange.
Final Sale items can be EXCHANGED ONLY. It will be made clear if the item is part of a final sale.
Please return the item in the original packaging (especially as we take waste seriously and don’t want to create more than necessary!). This does not affect your statutory rights.
It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us, and we recommend using a trackable service such as Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or special delivery.
Ottilie Active cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned, and will not be able to issue a refund until the items have been received at Ottilie Active, 20 Hilgrove Road, Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 2QZ.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you have paid with PayPal where they will cover the return. There is no charge for P&P when we send out your exchange items.
We aim to process replacement items within 48 working hours of receipt. Refunds are processed weekly and may take 5-7 days to show up on your account.
Please note: if your original order qualified for free P&P your refund will be automatically adjusted if you are returning part, or all, of your order and the revised order value no longer reaches the qualifying amount.
